Supports lower-school teachers with instructional planning, small-group and individual instruction, student supervision, behavioral and social-emotional support, progress monitoring, family communication, and classroom management. Serves as an advisor to students, participates in professional development, and assists with transportation, lunch, recess, safety, and personal-care duties. Requires an associate degree or equivalent college coursework and experience with elementary-aged students.

Provides supervision and behavioral support for students, including in-school suspension management, restorative practices, behavior planning, crisis de-escalation, social-emotional instruction, data tracking, family liaison work, disciplinary documentation, and re-entry meetings. Collaborates with teachers, administrators, families, and community agencies to support student behavior, academic success, and school culture. May also deliver advisory-based social-emotional programming and assist with student services, school activities, and safety.

Leads fundraising strategy, major gift development, donor stewardship, board fundraising, communications, and community partnerships for a K–12 charter school. Oversees development systems, fundraising metrics, donor portfolios, and solicitation activities while advising school leadership. Develops and manages student internship and independent project programs, including partner recruitment, student placement, training, evaluation, and enrichment course design.
