The role includes educational presentations, networking, partner engagement, market feedback analysis, and collaboration with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to increase access to behavioral healthcare.

Develop and execute a territory strategy to grow Charlie Health’s substance use disorder program. Build relationships with referral partners, conduct frequent in-field outreach, educate stakeholders, identify treatment-access barriers, gather feedback, and collaborate with marketing, clinical, operations, analytics, and leadership teams to improve growth strategies and partnerships.
