Provides strategic and administrative leadership for university Career Services, overseeing staff, budgets, employer partnerships, career readiness initiatives, experiential learning, assessment, reporting, and career technologies. Collaborates with faculty, administrators, alumni, employers, and community stakeholders to improve student employment, graduate school, military, and vocational outcomes. Leads strategic planning, workforce development, institutional reporting, fundraising, and compliance efforts aligned with university priorities and mission.

Manages university enrollment advertising and marketing campaigns across digital, social, search, streaming, outdoor, print, and radio channels. Develops audience strategies, coordinates creative assets and media buying, monitors campaign and website performance, prepares analytics reports, and recommends improvements. Oversees advertising budgets, invoices, contracts, vendors, agencies, timelines, and deliverables while partnering with enrollment and marketing leadership.

Recruit and enroll graduate students for College of Business and Adult and Professional Studies. Build community partnerships, contact prospective students via phone/email/text, attend evening/weekend events, collaborate with recruitment team, and support admissions and retention efforts.
