Manage and review an approximately $70 million commercial loan portfolio involving multifamily and commercial/industrial properties. Analyze borrower and guarantor financials, tax returns, rent rolls, cash flow, debt-service coverage, collateral, covenants, and risk ratings. Prepare annual credit reviews and memoranda, identify emerging risks, monitor deadlines and maturities, and communicate recommendations. The contract engagement requires 20–30+ hours weekly for at least six months, primarily remotely, with optional Thursday onsite work in Lowell, Massachusetts.

The Interim CFO will lead financial operations for clients in the biotech and life sciences sectors, providing financial advice, ensuring compliance, and developing reporting systems.
