Develop and maintain human-centered AI software across the SDLC. Collaborate with PIs and cross-functional teams, track requirements in GitLab, produce API/docs, and implement deployable solutions using Python, databases, containerization, and cloud technologies in an Agile environment.

Design, implement, debug, and optimize neuro-symbolic and deep learning AI systems; collaborate with engineers and subject-matter experts; lead R&D programs; write reports and papers; engage with customers and manage deployments.

Customize and configure agent-based simulation backends and AI agent training for military wargaming. Define analytical problems with customers, implement agent behaviors and decision logic, deploy and maintain containerized systems, evaluate agent outputs, debug traces, document DSLs and limitations, and translate field needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
