Provide remote, case-by-case support to adopters managing newly adopted dogs with behavioral or settling-in challenges. Assess concerns, offer positive-reinforcement guidance, enrichment ideas, management strategies, and tailored support plans. Communicate empathetically with overwhelmed adopters, maintain confidential records, liaise with the rehoming team, and escalate serious welfare or behavioral issues. This is a flexible volunteer role requiring canine behavior expertise, responsiveness, and availability for urgent requests.

Communicate empathetically through phone, email, video, or messaging; maintain confidential records; coordinate complex cases with the rehoming team; and escalate serious welfare or behavioral concerns.
