Prospect and qualify nonprofit and donor-advised fund leads through outbound phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry events. Develop and test messaging, sequences, and cadences; run experiments to improve results and generate qualified sales pipeline. Use AI and sales tools, including Claude Code, Cowork, and HubSpot, while collaborating with the team to build internal tools that increase efficiency.

Own the quality and user experience of Chariot’s web application. Build polished, accessible, performant interfaces with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS; translate Figma designs into production-ready implementations; develop reusable components and design systems; improve usability, accessibility, performance, and frontend architecture; prototype rapidly with AI tools; and collaborate across Product, Design, and backend engineering.

Build and manage backend applications and platform components for Chariot’s identity and payment network. Design scalable APIs and backend systems, establish engineering standards, improve monitoring and alerting, and collaborate directly with founders, product managers, and engineers. Drive projects from inception through delivery within an Agile/Scrum environment while contributing to architecture, technology strategy, and product decisions.
