Builds customer relationships and collaborates across departments. Requires English and Spanish fluency, strong organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Weekend coverage is required.

Develops business and technical requirements, analyzes current and future states, prepares business cases and project documentation, and creates reports using Power BI or Tableau. The role troubleshoots production issues, communicates resolutions to stakeholders, identifies process improvements, and supports Shop and Maintenance team initiatives.
