Handle customer communications and order processing for shipments: provide track-and-trace updates, confirm pickups/deliveries, coordinate customs paperwork, process billing, and resolve freight issues while liaising with internal teams.

Provide customer support via phone and email, manage paperwork and driver/fleet documentation, enter orders and maintain portals, prepare and process customs documentation (ACE/ACI/PAPS/PARS), assist accounting with invoices and receivables/payables, generate reports, and perform other administrative logistics duties.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and retention: source, screen, interview, verify references, extend offers, develop recruitment programs, advise managers, maintain policies, support HR projects and career events.
