Handles customer inquiries, sells or leases used trucks, prepares sales and financing documentation, maintains sales and inventory records, explains truck features, supports credit approvals, and coordinates ownership transfers with the Department of Transportation.

Analyze trailer damage trends, equipment downtime, repair costs, and claims liability. Maintain OOS equipment reports, investigate incidents, prepare reimbursement claims, and build dashboards tracking fleet utilization, damage frequency, and recovery. Collaborate with terminals, repair shops, and breakdown teams to improve repair turnaround times.
