Analyze trailer damage trends, track Out-of-Service equipment, manage repair timelines/costs, investigate damage liability, prepare claims, and build reports/dashboards to improve fleet utilization and repair turnaround times.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and retention activities: source, screen, interview, verify references, make offers, and maintain recruitment policies. Support HR projects, advise managers on selection best practices and employment legislation, update job descriptions, participate in job fairs, conduct exit interviews, and provide training on recruitment and retention programs.

Manage and reconcile global cash positions, support funding and liquidity processes, process FX transactions, produce monthly cash reporting and analysis, improve cash forecasting and reporting, review payments, and participate in treasury projects and automation initiatives.
