Drive revenue growth and market expansion through reseller and distribution partners across the Central region. Build and manage channel relationships, onboard and train partners, provide sales and technical enablement, establish performance targets, identify growth opportunities, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to improve partner performance and customer experience.

Leads technical pre-sales engagements for EV charging and fleet electrification solutions across the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include customer discovery, technology evaluations, site and architecture assessments, solution recommendations, RFP and tender responses, presentations, product training, API and third-party integrations, and technical issue resolution. The role requires expertise in EVSE, fleet operations, energy management, battery storage, electrical standards, and customer-facing technical consulting, with up to 50% travel.

Manage and qualify inbound leads, generate outbound opportunities, conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations, and close suitable sales opportunities. Collaborate with channel partners, maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline data and forecasts, and provide market feedback to sales and marketing leadership. The role requires consultative selling, strong communication, objection handling, organization, and fluency in French and professional English.
