Supports corporate IT operations through help desk ticket triage, hardware setup, account provisioning, onboarding and offboarding, network troubleshooting, endpoint management, AV support, inventory tracking, documentation, and cloud infrastructure tasks. The intern assists with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, firewalls, MDM tools, AWS, and Azure under senior staff guidance while communicating with users and collaborating through Jira and team communication platforms.

Lead enterprise IAM strategy and architecture across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Design and implement identity governance, authentication, privileged access, conditional access, secrets management, and machine or AI-agent identity controls. Architect secure OAuth, OIDC, and SAML solutions across applications, platforms, and autonomous workflows. Build automation with AWS, Azure, Okta, Terraform, Kubernetes, and related tools. Drive IAM projects, access reviews, risk mitigation, compliance, documentation, and enterprise Agentic AI IAM program execution.

Lead enterprise security architecture across networks, endpoints, cloud, SaaS, and AI ecosystems. Define security standards, cloud guardrails, Zero Trust and Secure-by-Design practices, IAM strategies, and AI security controls. Conduct architecture reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments; guide incident response; and partner with Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, and executives to improve security maturity and regulatory alignment.
