Develop and maintain referral relationships across the assigned territory to drive admissions. Conduct frequent face-to-face outreach (≈90% customer-facing), deliver education, manage CRM documentation, execute data-driven sales plans, maintain call rotations (50+ calls/week), analyze trends, and meet growth and admission targets while providing exceptional account management and customer service.

Lead a team of business development liaisons to achieve admissions and growth goals. Develop and implement strategies, collaborate with clinical and access teams, manage hiring and budgets, maintain referral relationships, and ensure regulatory and company policy compliance while supporting quality improvement and community outreach.

Analyze and abstract clinical documentation to assign accurate ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes, maintain coding accuracy, query physicians when needed, use encoder/CAC and EMR systems, and meet productivity and compliance standards.
