Provides executive administrative support and office management for one or more chief officers. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, correspondence, expense reports, records and database maintenance, meeting preparation and minutes, invoice and budget support, confidential information handling, and communication coordination across departments.

Supports market fundraising operations by helping develop fundraising plans, strategies, events, donor outreach, sponsor solicitation, volunteer training, correspondence, presentations, budgeting, and community activities. Coordinates with philanthropy and marketing teams, researches donors, manages event logistics, follows up with stakeholders, and helps ensure positive donor and guest experiences.

Provides direct nursing and palliative care to PACE participants and families through home visits, assessments, care-plan coordination, patient education, symptom management, and interdisciplinary team collaboration. The RN Case Manager evaluates safety, medication, nutrition, and equipment needs; documents care in the EMR; communicates patient changes; supervises aides and community health workers; and supports referrals, admissions, and continuity of care during emergencies.
