Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and financial supplemental schedules; import patient claims into the GL; maintain purchasing card system; submit Florida Unclaimed Property return; gather data for Medicare cost reports; assist with annual audit and provide financial statements to management and the Board.

Drive referral and admission growth by building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and other referral sources. Execute territory management and data-driven sales plans, perform high-frequency customer-facing outreach (≈90% travel), document activity in CRM, provide education and account management, and meet weekly call and admission targets.

Provide hospice and palliative medical care, document Certifications of Terminal Illness, support interdisciplinary teams, perform admissions and home/inpatient visits, participate in after-hours coverage, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality improvement and staff education to maintain high-quality end-of-life care.
