Build and maintain scalable MERN web applications in an AI-assisted engineering environment. Responsibilities include developing features, prototyping, reviewing and optimizing AI-generated code, debugging, testing, documentation, automation, PR reviews, and workflow improvements. The engineer will collaborate with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams while ensuring production-ready security, scalability, performance, maintainability, and code quality.

Design and build Python backend systems and AI workflows. Develop and deploy GenAI/LLM, RAG, and agentic AI applications integrated with vector databases and third‑party APIs, ensuring production-ready security and guardrails while collaborating on architecture and solutions.

Lead pre-sales discovery, translate client needs into BRDs/SRS/user stories, map requirements to IT service offerings, prepare proposals/SoWs/estimations, enable sales with presentations and demos, coordinate cross-functional teams, perform market analysis, and hand off scope and documentation to delivery teams post-sale.
