The role requires previous sales experience, strong communication, customer retention skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-site rotating shifts.

Sells BMW vehicles by understanding customer needs, demonstrating products, explaining financing and warranties, negotiating pricing, completing sales paperwork, and delivering vehicles. Builds long-term client relationships through networking, lead generation, CRM follow-up, and ongoing communication. Requires prior automotive sales experience, strong negotiation and customer service skills, CRM proficiency, and a valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean record.
