Owns high-volume, multi-channel accounting, including daily reconciliations, full-cycle AP and AR, payroll accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, multi-state tax filings, fixed assets, and year-end audit support. Supervises two accounting clerks, oversees disbursements, maintains accounting systems and SOPs, and ensures compliance and data accuracy across multiple entities.

Sells new and used motorcycles, ATVs, and related products by identifying customer needs, recommending vehicles, explaining features, pricing, credit terms, warranties, and delivery details. Builds customer relationships, develops leads, follows up after sales, supports deliveries, maintains product knowledge, attends sales meetings, and works toward dealership sales, profitability, volume, and satisfaction goals.
