The Flight Operations Scheduler manages flight operations, scheduling, and logistics while ensuring compliance with regulations, providing customer service, and maintaining communication with clients, pilots, and vendors.

Provide on-site administrative support to the Director of Managed Aircraft & Charter and Chief Pilot, focusing on crew training administration, records management, regulatory documentation, and crew scheduling. Maintain and audit pilot records (PRD), update FOS and EASA records, coordinate training logistics and bookings, assist with manuals and onboarding, manage duty logs, and perform general office duties.
