Troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate escalations with Product and Engineering, run technical enablement, and translate business processes into scalable solutions to improve integration reliability and customer technical self-sufficiency.

Sell Partner Relationship Management (PRM) SaaS to enterprise accounts through full sales cycle ownership. Build C-level relationships, create account plans, collaborate cross-functionally, identify upsell opportunities, maintain pipeline/forecasting, and stay current on PRM and partner ecosystem trends.

Own a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Define and execute success plans, lead executive engagements, coordinate cross-functionally, and generate measurable ROI and customer advocates while meeting GRR and NRR targets.
