Administers and supports enterprise Microsoft infrastructure across on-premises and Azure environments. Responsibilities include managing Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, identity and access, monitoring, patching, security hardening, backups, disaster recovery, troubleshooting, and PowerShell automation. The role provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, documents systems, collaborates with cybersecurity and network teams, supports modernization initiatives, and mentors junior staff in a hybrid Tampa office environment.

Manages strategic relationships with regional and national carrier dealers, supports product initiatives, oversees device launches and training events, delivers training to groups, drives webinar engagement, and provides market and competitive insights. The role develops carrier contact matrices, persuades partners to recommend products, and requires strong sales, presentation, communication, and wireless technology expertise. Travel up to 50% is required.

Leads the development of partner enablement programs for Databricks and Snowflake ecosystems. Establishes strategies, governance, stakeholder relationships, learning pathways, workshops, bootcamps, champion networks, and readiness frameworks for technical and business audiences. Translates data, AI, analytics, and lakehouse use cases into scalable learning experiences, aligns programs with partnership growth objectives, measures engagement and effectiveness, and continuously improves initiatives based on partner feedback and business impact.
