Leads state-level policy support and strategic initiatives focused on inclusion for individuals with learning disabilities. Responsibilities include advising government departments, designing and managing flagship programs, overseeing implementation and budgets, monitoring outcomes, engaging stakeholders, managing risks, preparing reports, and driving continuous improvement. The role requires strong government relations, policy analysis, program management, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, communication, and fluency in the relevant state language. Moderate travel within the state and to the central office is required.
