Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data, design research and monitoring frameworks, conduct primary and secondary research, and produce reports, policy briefs, dashboards, and analytical insights. The role supports impact evaluations, performance tracking, evidence-based strategy, proposal development, and stakeholder presentations while translating complex findings into clear narratives for leadership and program teams.

Lead ChangeInkk’s communications strategy, institutional voice, and thought leadership on inclusive education and learning disabilities. Develop policy briefs, reports, articles, speeches, newsletters, social media, and digital campaigns; support leadership visibility, events, stakeholder communications, and public engagement. Translate complex policy and research into accessible narratives, manage digital channels, track performance metrics, and optimize communications across government, partners, donors, and national audiences.

Research and analyze national and global policies affecting learning disabilities and inclusive education in India. Gather thematic intelligence, benchmark global practices, analyze datasets and reports, and develop policy briefs, presentations, and other knowledge products. Scan technology-led innovations supporting inclusive education and systemic transformation. The intern will work independently, synthesize findings, and support strategic decision-making under the Principal Lead.

Conduct policy research and data analysis on learning disabilities, identify policy gaps and global best practices, and develop evidence-based recommendations. Engage government officials, NGOs, industry partners, and civil society stakeholders to advocate for systems change. Coordinate with field teams, support strategy and program implementation, prepare policy briefs and knowledge products, capture program learning, and help design and deploy technology solutions for scalable impact.

Leads state-level policy support and strategic initiatives focused on inclusion for individuals with learning disabilities. Responsibilities include advising government departments, designing and managing flagship programs, overseeing implementation and budgets, monitoring outcomes, engaging stakeholders, managing risks, preparing reports, and driving continuous improvement. The role requires strong government relations, policy analysis, program management, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, communication, and fluency in the relevant state language. Moderate travel within the state and to the central office is required.
