Lead client development strategy across Northeast boutiques, partnering with store teams to drive top-client engagement, events, and tailored market initiatives. Translate data into strategic recommendations, support boutique execution, and align local programs with US market goals while traveling frequently to key markets.

Provides elevated in-store fashion sales and client service for CHANEL at Neiman Marcus. Responsibilities include converting walk-in traffic, building client relationships, conducting outreach, supporting sales and retention, inspiring brand loyalty, and coordinating repairs and alterations. Requires fashion expertise, strong communication, teamwork, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a consistent full-time in-person presence.

Owns and improves global Travel and Expense processes across CHANEL’s Source to Pay organization. Responsibilities include managing the T&E functional team, coordinating travel management, governing process standards and controls, defining KPIs, supporting Concur deployments and releases, driving automation, overseeing suppliers, maintaining SOPs, and enabling training and change management. The role collaborates with global, regional, and local stakeholders and travels to markets as required.
