Achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional luxury retail service at Chanel. Build client relationships, conduct outreach, manage repairs and reservations, process transactions, maintain merchandising standards, support inventory and stock controls, and assist with store operations. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, flexible availability, strong communication, organization, decision-making, and customer orientation. Luxury retail experience is preferred.

Drive CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty trade marketing activation across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. Translate global strategies into retailer plans, manage online and in-store campaigns, oversee e-merchandising and POS materials, monitor brand standards, manage budgets, and analyze campaign performance. Build retailer partnerships, coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize commercial results, and ensure premium brand execution across Scandinavian markets.

Coordinate tax compliance, reporting, planning, audits, and risk management. Prepare tax returns, accounting adjustments, reconciliations, and withholding tax calculations; advise stakeholders on Brazilian tax legislation; manage tax authority responses; and lead Tax Reform impact studies. Support business teams, improve tax processes, and lead, coach, and develop Tax department members while partnering strategically across the organization.
