Processes bi-weekly payroll for more than 3,600 employees across diocesan entities. Maintains payroll, tax, benefits, garnishment, accrual, direct deposit, and employee records; reconciles payroll data; resolves discrepancies; prepares reports and tax statements; supports onboarding and employee actions; advises parish and school administrators; and ensures compliance with payroll laws, policies, and regulations.

Provides comprehensive clerical and secretarial support for the Office of Worship, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations, managing records and mail, answering calls, greeting visitors, coordinating office resources, and maintaining confidentiality. The role supports department leadership, staff, volunteers, and diocesan officials while assisting with worship ministry projects and other administrative duties.

The Director of Evangelization and Catechesis leads the Church's mission in the Diocese of Orlando, providing strategic support and training in catechetical programming, collaborating with various leaders, and developing policies to enhance adult evangelization and catechesis.
