Lead and manage a bilingual IT help desk team across Dominican Republic and US sites. Oversee daily help desk operations, ticketing, SLAs, vendor management, procurement, asset inventory, and application support (Dynamics AX, Korber Edge, CPA). Provide advanced troubleshooting, develop procedures and knowledge base, report KPIs, and drive user satisfaction. On-site presence required.

Lead Tier-3 infrastructure engineering across multi-site environment: design and maintain Hyper-V clusters, SAN/iSCSI, IIS and load balancing, manage networking (BGP, Fortinet/SonicWall, UniFi), migrate to Azure File Share, support NetSuite ERP transition, deploy identity and monitoring solutions (Entra ID, Duo, LogicMonitor), and produce technical documentation.

Answer and route incoming calls, greet and sign in visitors, perform clerical support for inventory operations, assist with kitchen/cafe duties, and maintain accurate, detail-oriented administrative work.
