Develop apparel products from initial design and pattern creation through production. Responsibilities include managing technical specification packages, creating fit and production patterns and markers, reviewing samples for fit and quality, communicating corrections to overseas vendors, partnering with quality control, and conducting competitor analysis. The role requires expertise in garment construction, fabrics, grading, technical specifications, and apparel software.

Leads projects across IT, software development, product delivery, process improvement, and construction. Responsibilities include project planning, execution, risk and budget management, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, team leadership, reporting, and EPMO governance. The role also coaches project teams, improves project management standards, and supports larger strategic programs.

Leads multi-site IT help desk operations, supervising and developing support staff, managing tickets, escalations, KPIs, vendors, procurement, and technology assets. Provides hands-on troubleshooting across hardware, software, connectivity, Active Directory, and enterprise applications. Improves service desk processes and end-user experience while coordinating with infrastructure and other IT teams. Requires fluent English and Spanish, on-site availability in La Vega, and occasional nights or weekends.
