Perform full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for a division, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, hire, and onboard candidates. Manage ATS data and reporting, ensure compliance with employment laws, coordinate recruiting events, build external talent pipelines (trade schools/military), and support high-volume hiring initiatives.

Lead omni-channel local marketing for West Division brands, driving demand generation, campaign execution, budgets, vendor management, and performance reporting. Partner with operations, agencies, and digital teams to optimize PPC/LSA/retargeting, generate leads, analyze data, and deliver weekly insights to grow brand awareness and revenue.

Manage full AP cycle including invoice processing, coding, reconciliations, payment runs, vendor inquiries, and month/year-end close support. Maintain vendor records, assist audits, and support process-improvement projects.
