Supervise the Accounts Payable team and oversee invoice processing, payment runs, vendor records, expense reimbursements, reconciliations, audits, forecasting, and 1099 reporting. The role requires strengthening internal controls, improving and automating AP processes, resolving vendor issues, supporting month-end close, and partnering with Accounting and other departments. It also includes coaching team members and ensuring accurate, timely financial operations across multiple entities.

Conduct full-cycle, high-volume recruiting and onboarding for assigned regions. Partner with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, manage ATS workflows, prepare offers, coordinate background checks and hiring events, analyze recruiting data, maintain candidate documentation, build talent pipelines through trade schools and military bases, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Lead omni-channel local marketing for West Division brands, driving demand generation, campaign execution, budgets, vendor management, and performance reporting. Partner with operations, agencies, and digital teams to optimize PPC/LSA/retargeting, generate leads, analyze data, and deliver weekly insights to grow brand awareness and revenue.
