Promote educational webinars, guide brokers through approval/onboarding, collaborate with internal teams, track activity in CRM, meet sales and conversion goals, participate in coaching, and provide follow-up to build long-term broker relationships.

Evaluate and model complex Non-QM mortgage scenarios, provide structured analysis and recommendations to underwriting, credit policy, operations and capital markets, prepare documentation and reports, identify trends to inform policy, support training, and monitor pipeline to facilitate production flow.
