Lead full life-cycle HR functions including performance management, compensation, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, employee relations, compliance, HRIS administration, workforce planning, change management, and benefits. Serve as trusted partner to the CEO and executive team, manage one direct report, oversee vendor relationships, produce HR metrics and reporting, and support a mission-driven nonprofit culture.

Supervise and support case management staff for the FRANC fatherhood program, maintain data systems and reporting, implement quality assurance and continuous improvement, provide direct case management as needed, build community partnerships, and participate in outreach and interdisciplinary case reviews to improve outcomes for fathers.

Provide direct case management to fathers: conduct assessments, create and manage family support plans, link to community and natural supports, monitor progress, coordinate services, maintain timely participant records, participate in interdisciplinary case reviews, outreach, trainings, and quality improvement while ensuring confidentiality.
