Teams at Champion Xpress Carwash

Assists the Site Leader with daily car wash operations, staff coaching, safety and quality compliance, customer service, equipment readiness, site presentation, cash handling, inventory, sales, memberships, and profitability. Leads the team when the Site Leader is absent and supports operational procedures, incident follow-up, and KPI performance.

Leads daily car wash site operations, including sales, profitability, staffing, scheduling, customer service, safety, equipment upkeep, inventory ordering, cash handling, KPI reporting, coaching, and performance management. Ensures brand standards, site cleanliness, operational efficiency, and compliance while supporting mechanical systems and resolving customer or equipment issues. Requires outdoor work, extended standing, weekends and holidays, physical activity, a valid Class C driver’s license, and a safe driving record.
