Leads daily car wash site operations, sales, profitability, staffing, customer service, safety, equipment performance, scheduling, inventory and supply ordering. Hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates employees while maintaining brand standards, cleanliness, operational reports, and company policies. The role manages labor and expenses, addresses equipment issues, oversees mechanical systems, handles cash, supports membership and loyalty sales, and works outdoors on weekends and holidays.

Assists the Site Leader with daily car wash operations, team leadership, staff training, customer service, sales and membership growth, cash handling, safety compliance, equipment maintenance, inventory management, quality control, site presentation, and profitability. Leads the team when the Site Leader is absent and works outdoors while maintaining operational, brand, and safety standards.
