Assist the Site Leader in daily car-wash operations, staff training and coaching, safety and equipment oversight, cash handling, driving sales and memberships, maintaining site appearance, and ensuring customer satisfaction and operational profitability.

Provide excellent customer service to increase satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Own and resolve customer issues, develop service procedures and satisfaction goals, document interactions, analyze customer data, support on-site team members, and contribute to marketing efforts.
