Supervises the daytime Customer Service Office and Information Assistants. Responsibilities include ADA paratransit reservations and scheduling, customer service, DASH Card support, records and financial documentation, mail processing, supply management, staff training, and coordination with other customer service supervisors. The role requires flexible shifts, including possible weekends and holidays, along with compliance with background, physical, and drug and alcohol screening requirements.
