Leads inclusive afterschool activities for youth, including participants with disabilities. Supervises participants, supports their physical and emotional well-being, maintains safety, provides first aid within training, documents attendance and incidents, manages supplies, communicates participant needs, and completes required training and meetings.

Supports daily farm operations, animal care, educational programming, visitor engagement, special events, and upkeep of safe, clean farm facilities and grounds. The role requires outdoor work, physical activity, effective communication, adherence to safety procedures, and responsible equipment use. Prior animal, agriculture, or outdoor education experience is preferred but not required.

Provides live musical accompaniment for ballet classes, rehearsals, workshops, and related activities. Collaborates with instructors, adapting tempo, rhythm, dynamics, phrasing, and musical style to support dancers of varying ages and abilities. Prepares repertoire, responds to choreography and improvisation, communicates about class needs, and assists with instrument or equipment setup while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.
