Ensures beverage freshness, safe storage, inventory rotation, replenishment, and attractive merchandising across assigned customer locations. Provides customer service, monitors displays, follows food safety protocols, and coordinates with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align beverage offerings with promotions and demand.

Manage full-cycle recruiting tasks including sourcing, phone screens, interview coordination, ATS maintenance, background/reference checks, and offer letters. Facilitate new-hire onboarding, orientation, benefits highlights, and maintain employee records. Provide general HR administrative support, organize training and engagement activities, ensure policy compliance, and identify process improvements.

Design and architect end-to-end technology solutions, evaluate SaaS/cloud tools, manage integrations (APIs/SSO), produce technical specs for an outsourced MSP, and lead change management and training for new system adoptions.
