Manage the day-to-day operational rhythm for four to six advertising accounts. Coordinate campaign launches, monitor pacing and performance, maintain reporting and documentation, troubleshoot minor platform issues, support client onboarding, and escalate technical or data concerns with context. The role develops expertise in programmatic advertising while partnering with senior strategists and serving as a reliable client point of contact.

Own strategic client accounts, build stakeholder maps and growth plans, drive expansion opportunities, own performance narratives, coordinate launches with internal teams, translate technical ad tech concepts into client-facing recommendations, and feed product/roadmap feedback back into the company.
