Requires retail, fashion, or luxury brand experience and knowledge of sales techniques, fashion trends, and styling.

Supports loyalty marketing strategy through CRM, lifecycle, digital, paid media, and omnichannel campaigns. Develops customer segmentation, journeys, content, and A/B tests to improve engagement, retention, advocacy, and ROI. Manages English and Arabic brand content, CMS updates, agency collaboration, performance reporting, stakeholder presentations, and marketing invoicing. Partners with analytics, product, media, creative, and operations teams to execute and optimize loyalty initiatives.
