Supports category management through supply chain and ecommerce coordination, assortment and stock analysis, floor plan and activation updates, payment issue tracking, brand expansion planning, and weekly competitive analysis. The role coordinates with brand, ecommerce, finance, suppliers, and category teams to support timely launches, promotions, assortment decisions, and retail performance.

Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store. Build client relationships through an omnichannel approach, promote loyalty programs, capture customer data, support marketing events, follow visual merchandising and SOP guidelines, and provide feedback on products, store performance, and customer experience initiatives.

Deliver exceptional luxury retail customer experiences, achieve individual and team sales targets, build customer loyalty, provide personalized styling advice, support virtual shopping and e-commerce fulfillment, promote digital channels and loyalty programs, and maintain store presentation and stock levels. The role requires fashion and luxury brand knowledge, strong sales and relationship-building skills, flexibility for retail hours, and willingness to work across store locations.
