Own CHAGEE USA’s social and creator marketing strategy, content ecosystem, community engagement, and channel performance. Lead editorial planning, creative development, creator relationships, cultural programming, integrated campaigns, agency partners, budgets, and measurement. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on social content creation and execution across launches, evergreen storytelling, and teahouse experiences.

Oversees accounting operations, financial close, reporting, retail revenue and expense controls, fixed assets, lease accounting, inventory reconciliation, treasury, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls. Partners with regional and group finance teams to improve processes, automate accounting activities, provide financial analysis, and ensure regulatory compliance across multinational operations.

Supports the APAC Legal and Compliance team by managing corporate secretarial activities, board meetings, statutory filings, legal documents, precedents, training materials, calendars, external counsel relationships, legal spending, and general administration. The role requires careful handling of time-critical and sensitive work, strong organization, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
