Produce photography, video, and social media content across platforms; develop and execute social strategy and content calendar; shoot and edit video and photos; maintain media library; monitor analytics and report; advise departments on best practices; uphold brand and inclusive representation; manage cross-departmental multimedia projects and vendor/freelance production support.

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, manage application files and the Veracross database, coordinate admissions events and calendars, handle office administration and communications, and support the admission team with data, scheduling, and on-site exam administration. Maintain confidentiality and provide responsive, relational service to families.

Serve as the front desk ambassador: manage reception workflow, handle phones and mail, support senior leaders and offices, coordinate picture day and student IDs, order and distribute supplies, maintain and update master calendar, assist with payments, campus emergencies, events, and miscellaneous administrative projects during a maternity-leave substitute assignment.
