Leads regional sales strategy, revenue and profit growth, quota management, market expansion, customer retention, and sales process optimization. Manages, coaches, recruits, and evaluates sales personnel while collaborating with operations and leadership. Oversees major renovation proposals, competitive assessments, customer relationships, collections coordination, and personnel decisions. Uses data, analytics, and AI tools to improve sales representative performance. The role is fully remote but requires travel for high-value customer, prospect, and vendor meetings.

Manage renovation projects from discovery through completion, including scope definition, product selection, pricing, budgets, timelines, proposals, customer communication, project tracking, inventory coordination, delivery staging, and receivables follow-up. The role supports renovation sales, collaborates with sales and operations teams, monitors project progress in Pipedrive, and requires regional overnight travel as needed.

Sells company products and services to current and prospective customers across an assigned territory. Builds customer relationships, conducts frequent visits and calls, prepares quotes and presentations, manages sales schedules, identifies prospects, resolves customer issues, supports collections, gathers competitive intelligence, expands sales penetration, and assists with associate training.
