Sell company products and services to current and prospective customers, build and maintain relationships, prepare presentations/quotes, call and visit multiple customers daily, manage call schedules, identify prospects, troubleshoot customer issues, support AR collections, use sales reports to grow accounts, and provide on-the-job training.

Manage end-to-end renovation projects, grow renovation sales, prepare and present proposals, coordinate with renovation and operations teams, monitor project progress and financials, maintain customer satisfaction, use Pipedrive and Microsoft Office, and travel regionally including overnight as needed.

The Inside Sales Associate develops sales relationships with key decision-makers in the multi-family sector, manages existing customer sales, and generates new business through calls and emails.
