Manage renovation projects from discovery through close: develop scopes, create proposals, present and close deals, coordinate with renovation and operations teams, monitor progress and finances, and maintain customer relationships while using Pipedrive and MS Office tools.

Serve as the sales team's voice in Enablement: gather sales user requirements, define dashboard KPIs and business logic, beta-test tools, track usage and performance, and recommend solutions to improve win rates and sales efficiency while partnering with IT, Marketing, and Operations.

Manage renovation project development for customers, grow renovation sales, and provide consultative project management. Oversee discovery, proposals, budgets, timelines, and unit walk-throughs. Use Pipedrive for pipeline updates, coordinate with Renovation and Operations teams on inventory, delivery, and staging, and ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in sales and industry events and perform regional travel, including overnight stays as needed.
