Lead and manage multiple client accounting engagements, serve as primary client contact, review financial statements and GAAP-compliance workpapers, resolve complex accounting issues, mentor and supervise staff, oversee workflow and billing, and support client onboarding and business development.

Own firmware development for coherent optical modules from architecture through production. Design features (hitless upgrades, bootloader), manage bring-up, calibration, validation, and releases. Collaborate with DSP, hardware, ATE, and test teams and provide technical customer support and field debugging.
