Requires extensive technical recruiting experience, preferably within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, along with sourcing expertise, ATS knowledge, compliance familiarity, and recruiting team management experience.

Leads complex mechanical and energy engineering projects, including energy audits, HVAC and central plant evaluations, energy modeling, efficiency studies, decarbonization analysis, technical reporting, and project execution. Develops savings calculations and implementation recommendations, manages multidisciplinary deliverables, supports proposals, resolves complex technical issues, and mentors junior engineers. The role requires a PE license, extensive energy audit experience, advanced engineering software proficiency, and occasional Northeast travel.
