Develops sales strategies, identifies opportunities across public-sector, utility, federal, and aviation clients, manages CRM pipelines, leads proposals, creates marketing content, represents the company at industry events, builds executive relationships, and provides forecasts and market insights. Requires extensive Northeast travel and expertise in energy efficiency and renewable energy programs.

Leads complex electric transmission projects from planning through execution, managing scope, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, client relationships, contracts, and project accounting. Develops proposals and marketing plans, oversees multiple projects, mentors project managers, and ensures compliance with company standards. Requires electrical engineering expertise, a PE license, extensive project management experience, and proficiency with engineering and project management software. Travel is occasional.
