Lead accounting functions for the hospital including journal entries, AR, payroll, fixed assets, reconciliations, audits, month-end close, financial reporting, cash management, budgeting support, and supervising junior accountants.

The Vice President of Finance oversees accounting operations, ensures financial compliance, partners with leaders for strategic decisions, and manages financial audits and reporting according to GAAP.

Provide decision support to senior management through financial reporting, hospital cost accounting, data analysis, and revenue cycle analytics. Maintain databases and reports (Excel, Access, SQL), prepare financial pro formas, track revenue cycle KPIs, recommend business improvements, and liaise between Finance, Business Office, and Managed Care.
