As a Product Specialist, you will engage customers at a kiosk, guiding them through an app for personalized charcuterie recommendations and enhancing their shopping experience.

Lead and develop a team that manages end-to-end scheduling and logistics for virtual instructor-led training. Oversee session setup, enrollment, instructor assignments, roster and training record maintenance, GxP compliance, KPI reporting, LMS and scheduling tool configuration, and stakeholder communications to ensure scalable, audit-ready training delivery.

Provide on-site desktop and technical support for Americas-based employees: install and configure devices/software, troubleshoot laptops/desktops/telephony/mobile, manage ITSM tickets, support VIPs, assist with incidents, onboard/offboard equipment and maintain security policy compliance.
