Coordinates transportation and export logistics for agricultural commodities and hay shipments. Duties include scheduling trucking providers, verifying bookings and export documentation, monitoring container movements, confirming vessel and stack information, entering shipment data into Business Central, and distributing bills of lading to loading crews. Ensures shipments are loaded accurately and delivered to ports on schedule.

Operate locomotives and move/switch railcars safely under FRA rules. Inspect and maintain equipment, complete rail documentation, coordinate movements via radio/signals, perform minor locomotive and track maintenance, follow safety procedures and PPE requirements, and work variable shifts and conditions.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders, advising on employee relations, investigations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, change management and compliance. Deliver training, leverage workforce data for recommendations, collaborate with HR specialists, and support business needs across assigned markets with regular travel.
