Presents financial insights to executive leadership, manages and develops the finance team, partners across the business on strategic planning, and optimizes NetSuite and accounting technology to improve efficiency and reporting.

Support growth for a wealth management firm through educational seminars, prospect engagement, CRM and pipeline management, lead qualification, follow-up coordination, and advisor sales support. The role tracks event and conversion metrics, improves sales workflows, creates marketing materials, and collaborates with marketing, advisors, and leadership to enhance prospect experience and business development efficiency.

Manage and deepen relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, deliver comprehensive wealth management strategies (investments, estate, tax, risk), proactively develop new client relationships, collaborate with specialists, and contribute to team culture and business growth.
