Supports annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, monthly financial close, variance analysis, financial modeling, reporting packages, and KPI dashboards. Analyzes financial and operational data, identifies trends, and supports ROI analyses and business cases for technology and capital projects. The role also documents business system changes, tests updates, maintains process documentation, and improves recurring workflows through automation. It partners with senior leadership, business units, and the PMO while developing broad FP&A and business management experience.

Build and productionize quantitative models and ML pipelines for equity research. Source and engineer financial features, develop predictive models, collaborate with analysts to translate methodologies, maintain data pipelines, and document model assumptions to institutional standards.

Manage and grow a book of Wealth Management accounts by driving product adoption, delivering training and support, monitoring usage, maintaining user lists, identifying expansion opportunities, and collaborating with Sales, Product, Research, and Marketing to tailor solutions and influence product roadmaps.
