Maintains store bookkeeping, cash and inventory reconciliation, daily settlement reports, safe and change fund controls, cash register balancing, bank deposits, filing, vendor delivery compliance, and general office duties. Requires strong organization, accuracy, professionalism, physical ability to handle store materials, and knowledge of POS systems and PDI.

Files records, verifies vendor deliveries, performs office duties, and reports accurately to management. The role requires strong math, cash-handling, organization, and attention to detail, along with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
