Perform pricing, stocking, merchandising, and sales of gift items; operate POS for transactions and receiving; maintain visual presentation; lift up to 50 lbs; assist customers and perform other assigned duties.

Provide in-office administrative support to attorneys and paralegals including calendar and court scheduling, file organization, mail and document handling, phone screening, drafting correspondence, and billing support while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Lead deployment and optimization of AI-powered contract review tools, analyze contracts for risks using AI, standardize templates and clause libraries, train legal staff, ensure secure IT integration and data-privacy compliance, track metrics, and assist with complex negotiations and contract management workflows. On-site role required.
