Support state and local tax (SALT) engagements including corporate income, sales and use, indirect, and multistate tax compliance and advisory. Perform tax research, apportionment and nexus analysis, prepare client-ready memoranda and presentations, assist with audits and controversy, and help implement tax automation and process improvements while collaborating with managers, clients, and external advisors.

Lead multiple SOX engagements for public and pre-IPO clients, manage project teams and budgets, draft and review control design artifacts, perform testing and deficiency evaluation, review SOC-1 reports and ITGCs, and communicate status to clients and partners while coaching staff.

Perform SOX/internal audit and operational reviews: map processes, create control narratives and RCMs, design and execute tests, document results, draft reports, and recommend remediation.
