Manages project teams, engagement scope and economics, client relationships, audit committee presentations, findings, and recommendations. Supports business development and contributes to staff development and internal team improvement. Requires substantial IT audit or information security experience, strong knowledge of IT controls and compliance frameworks, project management skills, and relevant professional certifications.

Work on IT internal audit, SOX implementation and testing, attestation readiness, and compliance assessments. Perform IT controls testing, create process narratives and flowcharts, draft scope and test plans, analyze IT data, interview clients, identify improvements, support engagement economics, and help build internal training and team processes.

Leads finance and accounting advisory engagements for Fortune 500, mid-cap, and startup clients. Responsibilities include managing project teams, advising executives on complex accounting matters, SEC reporting, transaction due diligence, ASC implementation, process improvement, client delivery, mentoring staff, recruiting, and business development. The role requires extensive public accounting, advisory, consulting, or corporate finance experience, including Big 4 experience, with CPA and public-company reporting expertise preferred.
