Advises private equity firms, strategic buyers, CFOs, and executives on quality of earnings, working capital, debt, valuation, financial risks, and deal execution. Owns client relationships, business development, engagement quality, staffing, economics, and risk management while developing senior professionals and shaping practice strategy, methodologies, and market growth.

Leads finance and accounting advisory engagements for clients, overseeing complex accounting issues, transaction due diligence, SEC reporting, audit coordination, technical accounting research, and process improvements. Manages project teams, reviews deliverables, mentors consultants, develops client relationships, supports recruiting and business development, and collaborates with senior management and auditors. Requires public accounting or advisory experience, including at least two years at a Big Four firm, with strong U.S. GAAP and financial reporting expertise.

The Accounting Advisory Consultant prepares financial documents, delivers operational due diligence, and ensures compliance with accounting standards while working closely with clients and teams.
