Supports buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity, strategic buyers, and corporate clients. Analyzes quality of earnings, assets, working capital, debt, cash flow, operating trends, accounting issues, and transaction risks. Prepares financial analyses, workpapers, reports, and executive presentations while collaborating with clients, engagement teams, and third-party advisors. Manages multiple concurrent engagements and contributes to transaction advisory practice development.

Provides operational, administrative, and coordination support across multiple offices. Responsibilities include maintaining processes, reports, trackers, and dashboards; coordinating leadership support, meetings, events, onboarding, travel, vendors, invoices, and procurement; supporting Salesforce and Power BI activities; assisting marketing campaigns; and identifying process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, multitasking, and in-person collaboration in the Denver office.
