Handle cyber insurance claims from first notification through settlement, including complex multi-party claims, policy interpretation, coverage analysis, reserving, recoveries, vendor coordination, and financial loss assessment. Maintain relationships with policyholders, brokers, underwriters, and external advisers while meeting US claims regulations, governance standards, deadlines, and audit requirements. Manage claim files, payments, reporting, escalations, and feedback on product and coverage trends.

Owns key areas of group external reporting, including statutory financial statements, reporting schedules, audit coordination, technical accounting papers, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards. The role works across Finance to improve reporting processes, controls, documentation, and efficiency while supporting wider Finance projects. Candidates must be qualified accountants with strong statutory reporting, technical accounting, external audit, stakeholder management, and financial controls experience.
