Lead quality engineering transformation across multiple platform portfolios. Build and coach QE managers and engineers, define scalable QA standards and automation strategy, own quality metrics and reporting, drive AI adoption in test design and execution, and champion Playwright/TypeScript and AI-led QE practices.

Support CAS platforms (LogicGate, Onit, NetDocuments) by migrating manual processes into structured workflows. Elicit and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Drive system enhancements, configuration, testing/UAT, issue resolution, and small-project delivery. Partner with legal, risk, compliance, product and engineering to improve controls, data integrity and operational efficiency.

Lead build-out of Revenue Operations for CFA Institute's Institutional Solutions: design segmentation, opportunity definitions, pipeline discipline, forecasting, sales playbooks, governance, commercial enablement, and scale the RevOps team while partnering with Finance, Legal, People, and leadership to translate strategy into scalable operating models.
