Lead design, development and delivery of Java-based full-stack applications using React and AWS. Build RESTful APIs and microservices, support production releases, and drive modernization from Azure/.NET to AWS Java platforms. Provide technical leadership, mentor colleagues, conduct code reviews, and improve CI/CD and IaC practices within agile teams.

Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through delivery and change adoption.
