Drive day-to-day delivery of a global extended workforce programme across multiple regions. Responsibilities include supplier relationship and performance management, SOW oversight, platform configuration and optimisation, workforce reporting and analytics, stakeholder support, governance, policy implementation, and process improvement. The role partners across HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Technology, suppliers, and hiring managers to operationalise programme priorities and improve delivery.

Manages relationships with CFA Societies across the Americas, supporting governance, business and strategic planning, funding requests, operational effectiveness, volunteer engagement, and organizational improvement. Reviews plans, tracks commitments, identifies risks, coordinates cross-functional support, and advises society boards and leaders. The role also contributes to regional meetings, consulting engagements, reporting, and planning while escalating complex governance, financial, or reputational matters.
