Responsibilities include field verification, work package development, readiness reviews, contractor coordination, equipment inspections, KPI reporting, capital project tracking, commissioning support, process safety activities, and reliability initiatives. The intern will maintain action trackers, develop a turnaround report or dashboard, participate in safety and lessons-learned activities, and deliver a final presentation.

Provides process engineering expertise for nitrogen fertilizer plants, focusing on safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally responsible operations. Responsibilities include monitoring plant performance, troubleshooting process chemistry and equipment, optimizing operations through modeling and data analysis, supporting process design and capital projects, reviewing PFDs and P&IDs, developing procedures and training, participating in process safety studies and incident investigations, and supporting maintenance turnarounds and plant restarts.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles: source, screen, interview, and hire candidates; build talent pools and recruitment marketing; manage ATS records and hiring metrics; advise hiring managers on compliance and selection; prepare and negotiate offers; lead onboarding orientation and HR projects to improve time-to-fill and candidate experience.
