Lead cloud-native modernisation engagements on AWS: assess current estate, define strategy and roadmaps, design and implement containerised/serverless solutions, integrate AI/ML, guide senior consultants, and ensure delivery quality and governance.

Design and deliver end-to-end cloud data architectures and pipelines on AWS and Databricks/Snowflake. Perform data modelling, transform data using dbt/PySpark/SQL, ensure data quality/governance, optimise queries, and collaborate with stakeholders in agile teams. Support pre-sales, technical documentation, and cloud cost/platform guidance.

Lead and deliver large-scale AWS migrations and cloud transformation programs. Provide hands-on architecture, migration strategy, tooling (IaC, CI/CD), networking, security design, and team leadership while liaising with stakeholders and producing executive-level reporting.

Lead architecture and delivery of scalable AWS-based data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake), define modelling standards, enforce CI/CD and engineering best practices, oversee ETL/transformations (dbt, PySpark, SQL), implement governance and lineage, advise on tooling and trade-offs, support streaming use cases, mentor teams, and contribute to presales activities.

Design, build and deploy production-grade generative AI systems on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker). Implement RAG, vector retrieval, agent orchestration, monitoring, governance, bias testing, and client-facing solution delivery with mentoring responsibilities.

Lead design and delivery of scalable AWS data platforms and lakehouse solutions; govern Databricks or Snowflake architectures; define modelling standards and CI/CD best practices; oversee transformations (dbt, PySpark, SQL), streaming solutions, data governance and cataloguing; guide tooling decisions, mentor teams, and support pre-sales and stakeholder engagement.

Deliver hands-on AWS cloud-native modernisation work across design, implementation, migration and engineering. Independently run workstreams, support client workshops, provide estimates, mitigate risks, share knowledge, and develop reusable components and practice accelerators while collaborating with delivery and growth teams.
