Leads mechanical engineering projects from concept through completion, performing calculations, designing building systems, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring compliance with codes, standards, budgets, and schedules. Mentors engineers, oversees quality assurance, supports client and contractor coordination, attends project meetings, and visits sites to verify conditions or construction progress. Requires advanced AEC engineering expertise and responsibility for technical leadership and project delivery.

Performs mechanical engineering design for commercial, retail, hospitality, multifamily, and light industrial projects. Responsibilities include HVAC system design, heating and cooling load calculations, ductwork and piping modeling, technical documentation, shop drawing and submittal review, project coordination, site visits, and quality control. Requires a PE license, advanced AEC and engineering standards knowledge, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office.

Provide front-desk customer service and administrative support: greet visitors, answer phones, manage mail, schedule meetings, maintain supplies, coordinate IT/building issues, support office leader with events and budget tracking, and assist departments with clerical tasks.
