Lead full-stack RF hardware development for AESA/phased-array communication systems, from requirements and schematic design through PCB layout, integration, verification, and production. Perform SI/PI and thermal/reliability analyses, lab bring-up, EMI/EMC testing, troubleshooting, and customer-facing reviews. Mentor junior staff and collaborate across software, systems, and mechanical teams to deliver high-reliability space and airborne electronics.

Lead design, development, integration, test, and flight qualification of a VPX-based Reconfigurable Processing Unit (RPU). Oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage schedule and risk, define architecture, run environmental and acceptance testing, ensure manufacturability, and communicate status to customers and leadership.

Lead end-to-end design of complex, high-reliability electronics for space and airborne systems. Responsibilities include architecture, schematic and PCB design (Altium), signal and power integrity analysis, bring-up and verification, production release, technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-disciplinary coordination with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams.
