Leads electronic, electrical, and electromechanical component selection, qualification, screening, derating, standardization, failure analysis, supplier evaluation, and performance verification for aerospace and space systems. Develops parts plans, process documents, component roadmaps, ECOs, NSPARs, and source control drawings while supporting customer requirements, audits, obsolescence mitigation, cost analysis, and cross-functional product development.

Leads EMI/EMC engineering for spacecraft, satellites, launch vehicles, and ground equipment. Develops control plans, performs electromagnetic simulations, plans and conducts compliance testing, investigates interference issues, and ensures adherence to MIL-STD-461, DO-160, and ECSS standards. Provides technical guidance to design teams, prepares compliance documentation, improves testing practices, and mentors junior engineers.

Develop and implement EMI/EMC control strategies for phased-array communication systems. Plan and execute compliance testing, simulate electromagnetic fields, investigate interference issues, and ensure adherence to aerospace and defense standards including MIL-STD-461, DO-160, and ECSS. The role also involves technical documentation, corrective actions, design guidance, process improvement, and mentoring junior engineers.
