Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, job postings, ATS updates, recruitment reporting, background checks, drug screens, and onboarding logistics. Maintain a professional, organized candidate experience while supporting compliance requirements and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team.

Lead and scale commercial legal operations, including drafting and negotiating customer, vendor, supplier, manufacturing, partnership, and joint development agreements. Build contracting processes, templates, playbooks, workflows, and legal systems; advise business leaders on risk; support product launches, governance, intellectual property, international operations, compliance, employment matters, M&A, and outside counsel management.

Serve as the technical authority for embedded software engineering, defining architectures, advancing methodologies, and resolving complex hardware-software integration challenges. Design, implement, test, debug, document, integrate, and validate embedded systems from requirements through production and deployment. Review code and designs, optimize performance, assess third-party software, support quality assurance, and provide post-production and in-orbit customer support while collaborating with software, hardware, electrical, systems, quality, and test teams.
