Teams at Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy

Provides one-on-one academic, behavioral, and instructional support to students with moderate to severe special needs in general and special education classrooms. Develops support plans, monitors student progress, collaborates with teachers and service providers, communicates with families, reinforces school policies, participates in professional development, and supports school activities.
