Manage demolition and hazardous-material construction projects: organize, budget, schedule, and coordinate work; track quantities and production; manage materials procurement and job reporting; ensure contract, budget, schedule, safety, and quality compliance.

Provide on-site IT support for ~31 users across three locations; act as primary internal IT contact; coordinate with MSP and vendors; administer Microsoft 365; troubleshoot workstations, printers, and basic networking; manage onboarding/offboarding, IT documentation, asset inventory, endpoint protection, and CMMC Level 1 compliance efforts.

Lead and coordinate selective and full-scale demolition projects, manage budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and job cost control. Ensure compliance with safety regulations for hazardous materials, supervise teams, and drive projects to completion on time and within specifications.
